Privacy
Short version: the calculator runs in your browser, we don't store what you enter, and we don't use cookies or ad trackers.
What you enter in the calculator
The math runs on your own device. The appliances, quantities and settings you choose aren't sent to us and aren't stored anywhere.
What our host logs
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles each request for a page, which includes technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. We keep short-lived request logs to find and fix problems with the site. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies and tracking
We don't set cookies and we don't use advertising or third-party trackers. If we add visitor counts, we'll use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, and we'll update this page first.
If you email us, for example to report an error, we use your email only to reply and to fix the problem. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your address.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to manufacturers, retailers and official sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
